Employment Law Specialist
As an employment law specialist, your role is to contribute to the airline's legal certainty. Your role may involve consulting or litigation activities:
When providing consulting, you will be ensuring the legal certainty of the Human Resources field to which you are assigned. When working on litigation activities, you will be involved in managing the airline's labour litigation (industrial tribunal, union, criminal). Within the Labour Litigation department, you will use your expertise to define and implement, in liaison with Air France lawyers, a legal position and a judicial strategy in keeping with the airline's interests. Your considerations will include an analysis of the business and labour consequences of your decisions.
This role is performed within the Labour Litigation department if you are on a work-study contract.
Your profile:
With a Master 2 degree in employment law, your goal is to work in a demanding labour environment in a corporate setting.

Project manager – labour intelligence and analysis
Your primary role involves coordinating the escalation of information concerning the social climate within the entire Air France group.
You will interact on a weekly basis with representatives of the various entities to collect and jointly analyse all of the information concerning the group's social climate.
You will help to run the network of Labour Relations Managers in terms of monitoring key events and sharing cross-functional information.
You will test and then apply innovative techniques and contribute to the development of inter-company networks on labour relation themes.
Your profile:
With a Master 2 degree in Human Resources, your goal is to work in a demanding labour environment in a corporate setting.

Purchaser
You will recommend the negotiation strategy and define the conditions for the purchase of goods and services for your project (benchmark, technology watch).
You will oversee and run your project in liaison with specifiers, users and suppliers. You will coordinate and question the instructions if necessary.
On behalf of the group, you will purchase goods or services in keeping with the scope statement at the best overall cost, while minimising risks (financial and legal).
You will be responsible for drawing up purchasing contracts linked to your project and implementing these contracts.Your profile:

Press officer
Your role is to strengthen the Air France brand in the French and international media (written press, radio, television); to achieve this, you will relay and handle the promotion of information communicated by Air France in a dynamic and reliable manner.
You will ensure that the airline's Communication Plan is applied and that journalists correctly understand the messages conveyed. You will accompany the Air France Group's directors during interviews with the media and site visits, coordinate the preparation of press conferences and create media interest in each of Air France's events. You will establish close relationships with the press through proactive, original and responsive communications.
Your profile:
Baccalaureate plus 3 years' higher education, degree in information and communication.
