The Information Systems Division is involved in all major change projects and lies at the heart of business line activity, effectively contributing to Air France's operational performance. It handles the development, production and rollout of the airline's IT tools, meeting the requirements of the company's various divisions, as part of a continual drive to optimise the customer relationship and improve the airline's productivity.
Information Systems roles are performed in five main areas of activity:

Data Scientist
Working in the Operational Research department, you will conduct studies, consulting and the development of decision-support and forecasting tools for all of the group's businesses (Revenue Management, Scheduling, Ground Operations, Air Operations, Cargo, etc.).
You will design advanced methods and tools to predict and size resources as effectively as possible and optimise revenues.
You will leverage all of the airline's data to create value, thereby sharing a cross-functional insight into the group.
You will conduct technology market intelligence gathering in Operational Research and Data Science (advanced statistics, big data technologies, etc.).
You will leverage and analyse large volumes of data, devising, developing and industrialising advanced analytical approaches that can be used to solve complex business problems: product recommendations, product decisions, incremental performance measurement and short- or long-term forecasts.
Your profile:
Baccalaureate plus 5 years' higher education (prestigious engineering school with a specialisation in applied mathematics, statistics, econometrics)

IT Project Manager
You will oversee the execution of an IT project (development, integration or overhaul of applications, etc.) to ensure that contractual commitments are met (performances, lead times, cost) and that the IT solution is rolled out to users.
Liaising with the project or domain architect, you will help to define the technical architecture and design and execute the components of the solution.
You will define the quality system of the project in compliance with the rules and processes of the Information Systems Division.
Given that the majority of IT projects are within an Air France KLM joint scope, you are at ease in multicultural environments and have a good command of English.

Baccalaureate plus 5 years' higher education in engineering, IT education from a prestigious higher learning establishment or university.

Security System Engineer
You will help to secure the IT systems; to this end, you will check the performances and operating quality of the elements installed and optimise their settings to achieve continuous improvement.
You will conduct studies on upgrading and replacing the system's products.
You will conduct short-term technology market intelligence gathering concerning open systems, servers, backup methods and security products.
You will help to develop the investment plan concerning the system by identifying the anticipated loads of the computers (CPU requirement, disc requirement, etc.).
Your profile:

Technical Expert
You will act as a technical agent and consultant to various IS participants in your field of activity. You will assist the development teams in the various phases of a project.
Guaranteeing best practices, you will share your expertise within your division (presentations, coordination through expert networks, collection of ideas, etc.).
You will contribute to the quality of applications: innovation, management of risks, lead times, development and maintenance costs.

Baccalaureate plus 5 years' higher education in engineering, from a prestigious higher learning establishment or university.

Designer-Developer
You will analyse the specifications, programming, acceptance and configuration of applications (developments and/or adaptations).
You will develop the necessary objects to create the software, as well as the associated interfaces.
To this end, you will participate, together with the project team, in analysing the customer's requirement (challenges, objectives, functionalities, use constraints of the software to be developed, quality requirements) and formalising the proposed orientations (detailed functional specifications).

Domain Architect
You will guarantee the cohesion of the existing IS and oversee upgrades, as well as its interoperability with the Group's other IS.
You will take charge of and conduct architecture studies for new business or technical innovations (big data, predictive maintenance, RFID, SPEC2000 SAP Simple Finance) or regarding cross-functional issues linked to existing products (identity federation, safety, mobility, digital, etc.).
You will support and supervise the Project Architects (design, support on the preparation of architecture committee meetings, drafting of architecture documents and update of the map).
In a business context or in dealings with the assistant project owner, you will be involved at an early stage in feasibility studies and pre-design studies on new initiatives.
You will frequently work on subjects within an Air France KLM joint scope, are at ease in multicultural environments and have a good command of English.
