Customer service agent
As a customer service agent, you are passengers' first contact with the Air France brand. Your role consists of winning over passengers and earning their loyalty during their airport experience. Every time a passenger experiences an Air France service, it is an opportunity to see the brand's promise in action: you embody Air France at the airport.
In keeping with business procedures and the safety and security rules, you will perform all commercial and operational customer handling operations. To facilitate their airport experience, you will provide friendly advice and assist passengers according to their needs and profiles, always mindful of adapting to the operational situation at hand.
As an ambassador for the brand, you will convey the Air France image: High Quality and Pleasure must be key elements of every passenger journey with our airline.

Sales advisor
As a sales advisor, your role is to promote the products and services of Air France/KLM and its airline and non-airline partners.
You will play a key role in the service provided to passengers. Through the caring attitude, an ability to listen and provide a fast response, you will help to earn passengers' loyalty and grow the airline's revenues.
You will be in a direct relationship with Air France/KLM's passengers concerning information, sales, assistance and after-sales. You will embody the Air France/KLM brand and promote the products and services of the Group and its partners.
You will be assigned to one of our customer relationship centres, one of our business centres or a branch, in Paris or the French provinces.Your profile:
