Aviation Engineering Expert
You will help to define and develop the aircraft/equipment maintenance policy and the technical standard for the fleets of Air France and its clients.
You will also validate repairs, as well as guarantee safety and compliance with airworthiness directives and applicable regulations.
As an expert on the engineering profession, you will conduct technology market intelligence to study and integrate relevant innovations in the field of activity.
Your profile:
Baccalaureate plus 3 or 5 years' higher education (degree, Master's or engineering degree), plus technical training in one or several of the following areas:
- Embedded systems and/or networks, mechanical engineering
- Pneumatic systems
- Turbomachinery
- Aviation equipment
- Aviation regulations

Aviation Maintenance Team Manager
You will manage a team of mechanics, technicians or technical experts in workshops and contribute to the proper management and execution of engine revision or equipment maintenance works.
You will directly contribute to the airline's business and operational performance on a daily basis.
You will guarantee the achievement of your team's objectives by assessing and maintaining their motivation.
Working at the heart of operations and logistics production, you will orchestrate the material and human resources for your activity.
You will oversee the ongoing and strict application of the security and safety rules.
Your profile:
- You must have a technical background and have a baccalaureate plus 2 or 5 years' higher education.
- Baccalaureate plus 2/3 years' higher education: with more than 3 years' experience in an aviation environment, plus experience in the following areas: Turbomachinery (CFM56, GE90, GP7200, etc.) and/or in aviation equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, etc.)
- Baccalaureate plus 5 years' higher education: engineering Master's or degree

Customer Support Executive
You will oversee the monitoring of the customer relationship at Air France Industries.
In a context of strong growth in business, you will ensure that contractual performance commitments are met for customers by identifying and resolving any failures in the execution of the contract as quickly as possible.
You will grow the group's revenues from industrial activities in the short, medium and long term as part of an attentive customer relationship.
Your profile:
Baccalaureate plus 5 years' higher education, engineering Master's degree, ideally supplemented by a Master's in business.

Avionics Aviation Technician
Working within defined procedures (work safety, flight safety, environment, quality), you will conduct revision operations on mechanical and avionics aviation equipment to ensure its correct functioning.
You will inspect the compliance of aviation equipment and launch corrective actions if necessary.
In order to optimise the resources, costs, organisation and functioning of your entity, you will guarantee production targets.
You will report failures and propose solutions to encountered problems to the workcell representatives and handle their resolution.
You will help to develop and optimise the standards for products in the product line. To this end, you will oversee the implementation of industrial resources and the product range.
Your profile:
BTS (technician certificate)/electronics or electrotechnical degree, technical college qualification in electrical engineering and industrial data.

Senior Aviation Technician, structure and mechanics speciality
You will be involved in all production engineering and technical support activities to enable the production teams to carry out all of the maintenance work in the field of structure and mechanical systems.
You will define the repair solutions in compliance with the manufacturer documents and propose improvements to the maintenance protocol.
You will keep the documentation library of DTAs (work permits) up to date. You will define the troubleshooting process in collaboration with the inspection department and the production teams.
Your profile:
Baccalaureate plus 3 years' higher education - aviation BTS (technician certificate) or aviation degree, with good experience in structure or mechanical systems

Structural Aviation Mechanic
You will perform inspection, repair or modification operations on metal and composite structural components or on aircraft cabin components to ensure they are redeployed in compliance with industry standards, safety rules, regulatory constraints and the establishment's code of conduct.
You will ensure compliance with quality, lead times and maintenance costs, thereby helping to achieve contractual quality targets.
You will perform these tasks in accordance with the repair schedule established by the team manager. As part of the continuous improvement of repair processes, you will help to implement solutions.
Your profile:
Vocational baccalaureate as an aviation aerostructure technician, or equivalent qualification.
