For many years, the airline has upheld a French culinary tradition that combines excellence, pleasure and exclusivity on board its flights. It has achieved this by enlisting some of the world’s most prestigious chefs.
Throughout the year, Air France entrusts the creation of its dishes on its La Première and Business menus to renowned chefs in collaboration with the Servair Culinary Studio - Andrée Rosier, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic and Michel Roth, Emmanuel Renault, Daniel Rose, Marcel Ravin, to name but a few, take turns to surprise customers.
The various chefs are thus involved in designing the menus, choosing the products and creating the recipes that can be enjoyed on flights on departure from Paris and many more airports worldwide.
